Expert Africa is an award-winning travel company specialising in high-quality, tailor-made and sustainable safaris to Southern and East Africa.
The brief was to create a new booking portal to guide customers through their booking and input their medical, dietary and travel details. They can save their progress and log in when they need to refer back and add/amend any details before their safari.
We worked from the existing design system to keep the pages consistent and, based on user feedback, added new sections to the submenu, plus a progress bar to show how far along the booking process the user was.
