This 20 page digital brochure was designed to market a Grade II listed, redevelopment property in the heart of Westminster.

Using a combination of navy blue with a gold monogram and a clean serif font, we wanted to give this brochure a more high end, and modern feel. The aim was to promote its potential uses as a luxury hotel or residential use.

A custom full page map was also drawn to highlight the buildings great location and to show all the surrounding amenities.
